Prescrizioni uniformi relative alla approvazione dei veicoli per quanto riguarda gli ancoraggi delle cinture di sicurezza delle autovetture
OGGETTO: Accordo internazionale relativo all’adozione di condizioni uniformi di omologazione ed al riconoscimento reciproco delle omologazioni degli accessori e parti di veicoli a motore (Ginevra, 20/3/58).
Supplemento 2 alla Serie 07 al Regolamento 14
"Prescrizioni uniformi relative alla approvazione dei veicoli per quanto riguarda gli ancoraggi delle cinture di sicurezza delle autovetture”.
Si fa seguito al prot. n. 59792 del 14/7/2010, per comunicare che in data 13/04/2012 entrerà in vigore il supplemento 2 alla serie 07 al regolamento n. 14.
Il testo dell’emendamento al regolamento (ECE/TRANS/WP29/2011/54) è disponibile in lingua inglese sul sito http://www.unece.org/trans/main/wp29/wp29wgs/wp29gen/wp29age.html nella sezione “proposte adottate – adopted proposals”, nella sessione di giugno 2011.
Qui di seguito si riporta il paragrafo 49 del documento ECE/TRANS/WP29/1091 (verbale della 154^ sessione del WP29) disponibile nella sezione “report” del sito sopra citato:
49. Agenda item 4.6.1, Regulation No. 14, document ECE/TRANS/WP.29/2011/54,page 2, paragraph 5.3.8.4.(c), correct the reference to footnote 1 and footnote 1 to read 3, and page 3, add new paragraphs 14.17 to 14.19, to read:
"14.17. As from the official date of entry into force of Supplement 2 to the 07 seriesof amendments, no Contracting Party applying this Regulation shall refuse to grant UNECE type approval under this Regulation as amended bySupplement 2 to the 07 series of amendments.
14.18. As from 12 months after the official date of entry into force of Supplement 2 to the 07 series of amendments, Contracting Parties applying this Regulation shall grant UN type approvals only to those types of vehicle which comply with the requirements of this Regulation as amended by Supplement 2 to the 07 series of amendments.
14.19. Contracting Parties applying this Regulation shall not refuse to grant extensions of approvals, even if Supplement 2 to the 07 series of amendments is not fulfilled."
Trattandosi di supplemento ciò non implica l'aggiornamento della indicazione della serie di emendamenti nel numero di omologazione.
